The Property Ombudsman (TPO) — Registered Certificate
Celestial Globe Estates Ltd is a fully registered and legitimate real estate company under The Property Ombudsman (TPO) in the United Kingdom. The company has joined the Approved Redress Scheme, ensuring clients’ rights are officially protected.
1.Legitimacy: Confirms that Celestial Globe operates lawfully as a registered UK real estate agency.
2.Client Protection: In case of service dissatisfaction, clients may file complaints through TPO for impartial adjudication.
3.Industry Credibility: Demonstrates adherence to the Code of Practice, enhancing transparency and trust.
4.Legal Compliance: Under UK regulations, any company engaged in property sales, letting, or management must join TPO or another approved redress body.
Propertymark — Client Money Protection Certificate
This certificate verifies that Celestial Globe meets UK legal requirements for client fund protection, and carries the following obligations and assurances:
1.Client Fund Security: Ensures all client monies (e.g., deposits, rents, or advance payments) are safely held in the agency’s account and cannot be misused or diverted.
2.Right to Compensation: In the event of financial mismanagement or insolvency, clients can claim reimbursement through Propertymark.
3.Legal Compliance: According to UK law, all letting agents operating in England, Scotland, and Wales must join a government-approved Client Money Protection Scheme.
4.Enhanced Client Confidence: Reduces concerns about “landlord disappearance” or “deposit misuse,” particularly for overseas buyers and tenants unfamiliar with UK property practices.
ARLA Propertymark — Professional Membership Certificate
Note: ARLA stands for Association of Residential Letting Agents (UK Association of Residential Letting Agents).
Propertymark is one of the UK’s most influential professional associations in the real estate industry. It acts as an industry regulatory and self-discipline body, representing and setting professional standards for property practitioners. As a government-recognized qualification body, Propertymark regularly advises the UK government on housing policies and compliance standards.
Becoming an ARLA Propertymark member signifies that Celestial Globe stands at the forefront of the UK rental market, strictly adhering to Propertymark’s professional and ethical codes.
1.Professional Recognition: Members must complete accredited training and examinations, demonstrating expertise in property management and leasing.
2.Code Compliance: Members must follow ARLA’s Code of Conduct and Membership Rules, including honesty, financial integrity, and continuous education.
